2. Returns Due to the customized nature of printed products, we can only accept returns if the products are defective
or if there is an error on our part. If you receive defective items or there has been a mistake in your order,
please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at 0330 133 4327 within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Provide Details: Be prepared to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the
defective or incorrect items.
Return Authorization: Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, will provide you with a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the items.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund or reprint:
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business
days.
Reprint Option: Alternatively, you may choose to have the order reprinted and resent to you at no additional
cost.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized items that are printed correctly but do not meet your personal preference.
• Products that have been altered after delivery.
• Items that are returned without an RMA number.
If a return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the items. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. CancellationsOrders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if the printing process has not yet started. Once the printing process has begun, cancellations are not possible, and the order will be treated as a return subject to the terms above.
